Southard & Associates is lead by Aaron Southard, our President. His passion is in preparing and presenting keynote speeches and training that motivates and inspires others to greatness. He finds great satisfaction using effective tools to help his clients recognize their specific strengths. Using the right assessments in the right situations can greatly enhance the process of training & coaching, hiring and self-improvement.

Aaron has over 15 years experience in Human Recourses with major emphasis in training and development. His specialties include keynote speeches, breakout sessions, classroom training, developing online Learning Management Systems, 360 administration and job match pattern creation for identifying talent before and after hiring. Mr. Southard holds a BA from Southern Utah University in Communication with an emphasis in Human Resource Development.
